My Thoughts:  I have become an audiobook junkie.  I love listening to a steamy second chance romance.  Promise is the perfect listen for me.   The narrators are perfect for this book as they brought the characters to life.   The emotions were real and raw, the feelings were felt through hearing the words, and their stories were true to life.  

I enjoyed that Dart came back to Presley but could she let him back in?  Neither character had moved on from each other but there are some changes in their lives.   I was intrigued to see how they would be able to come together.  Would they be able to fit together, be able to accept each other again?   Could they make this relationship work again?   Presley was very cautious and I like that she made him prove himself, prove that he would not leave again, prove that she is the most important thing in his life.  

I am excited for more from Rogue River.  The characters are a little more mature in life but still looking for the spice and romance in life.
