Book Review for Bad Nanny by Kai Lesy

Bad Nanny: A Single Dad Romance by Kai Lesy

Published January 7, 2022

From Amazon: The nanny was supposed to protect my daughter.
Not kidnap her.

I knew when I inherited a criminal enterprise it would come with complications,
and a past so deadly it claimed my late wife.
I need someone to help protect my little girl.

What I found was a loving soul and a kind heart.
Something I never thought I would find again.

So when I find out the nanny is responsible for my daughter's disappearance, it's game over.
Or so I thought.

I have 30 days to save my baby girl.
Don't cry little darlin'.
Daddy's coming for you.

My Thoughts: Steamy and dark with so many sweet moments.  I loved how everything I look for in a steamy romance was in one book.  There were dark moments within the crime world but the sweet moments with the daughter and the nanny were my favorite.  I loved seeing the little girl find a nanny who not only took care of her but listened to her and tried to make her life as happy as it could be.  The father/boss was ALPHA, in all capital letters.  He was in charge and expected everyone else to fall into line with his requests.

This is the first book I have read by Kai Lesly and I would love to read more from her.  I found her writing style easy to read, the characters likable, and the storyline kept me reading long after my bedtime.
