My Thoughts: This is book 4 of the Martha Vineyard Murders and my favorite so far.   Each book can be read on its own with the characters and setting being the same.  Each book is its own murder mystery.  I am so hooked on Tarek and Kyra; I cannot wait for more.

Raemi A Ray writes a book full of intriguing realistic characters and a mystery that keeps the reader guessing.  There are clues given but they do not give away the story.  I like that I had to keep reading to continue to find the answers.  As I kept reading, I had guesses or ideas on where the story was going to head.  I never truly figured it out.  

I highly recommend this series to any mystery reader.

She takes inspiration from her travels to the island and around the world as well as from local and national headlines. Most of her books are based somewhat on real life. When not writing, working her other boring job, she earns her keep as the personal assistant to the resident house demons, Otto and DolphLundgren. She lives in Boston with her family.
