Title: Appeal

Author: Hayley Faiman

Genre: Contemporary Romance

About Appeal:

Brooklyn Myers, Esquire. The name alone made me hard. Dressed in cheap bargain suits, she still was a knockout. Amber eyes that call to me like none other. I should have ignored her. I wasn’t ready for the promise of simply her. I claimed her anyway, even if I never meant to keep her.

Exclusive Excerpt:

When he’s inside of me, I feel complete. I’ve never felt that way before. Lucas is dangerous, and my feelings for him are even more so. I want so much for his words to mean that he wants me—forever. Like this, right now, I can imagine white picket fences, babies, and golden retrievers. All the things he said he could never give me, I want them with only him. I’ve been so focused on school and my career that I haven’t allowed myself to think of the future in that way. But I want it all, and I want it with Lucas, only him. I know that he doesn’t want any of that, but it doesn’t stop me from hoping and praying that he will change his mind one day. I’m not convinced that this relationship won’t end up exactly like my condo, a burst of fiery flames, but I’m just naïve enough to still have hope.
Connect with Hayley: I was born and raised in a small farming town in California. I met my husband when I was 16 and he was 19. We married four years later and have two little boys! We lived in Oregon for a few years while he served in the US Coast Guard. Texas is now where we call home, where our boots rest, and where we’re raising our two little boys and a chocolate lab named Optimus Prime.
