My Thoughts: Cyrus is a character that deserved his own story and I am so thrilled that Susan Person wrote it for him. Crown of Ruined Oaths is told entirely by Cyrus’ point of view. As I read his story, I could feel his pain as he figured out how to live with his feelings toward Gemma. There is a bond between them but what can come from it.
There was so much shared of Cyrus’ mindset as he works to find out what his future will hold. I am excited to see where the next book will take him. I have ideas, this book has some great leads towards his future and I hope that I am correct.

Meet Susan Person
Susan Person is a multi-contest finalist in the paranormal and dark paranormal romance categories. A former member of Romance Writers of America since 2013, she served on the PRO Steering Committee for several years. Recently, she returned to college to pursue a degree in anthropology and graduated in May of 2021. Susan enjoys meeting writers and readers alike at conferences. Her grandmother's love of Harlequin novels was passed on to her, and she was fascinated by paranormal worlds and mythology. The combination of the two led her to the paranormal romance genre. She knew at an early age she wanted to write powerful heroines and fulfills that dream today by writing empowered heroines who take charge in their paranormal worlds.
Susan grew up on a thoroughbred horse farm before moving to the big city of Dallas. She considers herself a Texan but is loyal to her home state of Arkansas. A lover of travel, she has visited several countries with many more to go on her list. She particularly loved dowsing at Stonehenge and seeing the Eiffel Tower light up at night. The outdoors are a place Susan finds inspiration and can often be found in a park, at the lake, or on a road trip. She especially loves the mountains. Furry animals hold a special place in her heart. Dogs tend to seek her out as a friend, and she gladly returns their friendship.

love this book! Gianna is a typical
seven-year-old. Her fears are real and
true to a seven-year-old and she faces those fears as a pink dragon. This book is a great story. Little girls will relate to Gianna. The bright and colorful illustrations tell
the story, and the words go perfectly with them.
I am excited to add Gianna the Pink Dragon to my children’s
book library.

My Thoughts: Sweet,
sexy, small-town, hockey romance.
Everything I love in a book all in one great story! I devoured this book. I love Eloise and Chadwick. The attraction was obvious from the
beginning, but Eloise fought it to keep her job. It was fun to see Eloise come to a
small-town and fall in love with the town star. Everyone knew Chadwick and cheered him on,
he is a good guy with a ton of talent that is still a small town guy. He did not let his stardom go to his head.
Over the Moon is a hockey romance book but it also shows the
double standard that some women experience in their workplace. Eloise is working in a “mans world” but she
sees it as working in an “adult world.”
Unfortunately, she experiences some prejudices against her due to who
her father is, what her job is, and who she is working for. I love her grit and strength. She does not let anyone walk all over her,
sometimes her emotions got the best of her, but she was always able to pull it
together and not get pushed aside.
Eloise worked hard for the life she has and she earned it.
This is an easy read.
I enjoyed it all, there were not a ton of surprises but the HEA was so
fun to get to. I love the sizzling
heat, the sweet romance, and the unwillingness to give up on love.
