My Thoughts: Annabel Monaghan has become a must-read author.   I see her all over social media and book sites being raved about.  It’s a Love Story is the second book of hers that I have read and she is now on my must-read list.    She knows how to write a romance with twists and turns, ups and downs that pull the reader in and keeps them reading until the very last word. 

Jane Jackson has a history that she thinks can help with her future.   She makes plans to find her past and ask a big favor.  Dan, the man who has caused her nothing but trouble, is the one who can help her.   I love how this all came together.   Will her past help her?  Will her future be found?   Can she get over her past to find her future?  

This is the perfect easy read.  The characters are fun with a uniqueness that makes the story fun and entertaining.   The storyline is easy to follow and has some twists and turns that I never saw coming.  I devoured this book on a short road trip.  It is the perfect summer read.
