life. Her mother left her, her father
was not a nice man and now she is stranded during a snowstorm with a man who
taunted her in her childhood.
As Giovanni
tries to help Erin reestablish her life in Jasper Falls, he learns more and
more about her past. He realizes that
while he was not nice to her when they were growing up, there were reasons he
could not have understood why she acted the way she did. He learns that things are not always as they
seem and that there is a lot more to Erin than meets the eyes. I loved watching both of them grow with each
other and learn to open their lives and hearts to each other. Neither of them were happy with where they
were in life but they were happy when they were together.
My Funny
Valentine is a book with heart, heartbreak, emotional hurt, and true love. I have not read any other of the Jasper
Falls Series and I still enjoyed this book.
